Our driver Juan, who picked us up from the airport and took us to the hotel, was very friendly and professional. The service was excellent, with great communication and a very customer-focused approach. He took great care of our comfort throughout the journey , even asking about the preferred music in the car, which was a very nice touch. The whole ride was smooth, comfortable, and pleasant. I highly recommend Juan and the company!
