Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport, commonly called just Ferihegy, is an international airport serving the Hungarian capital city of Budapest, and by far the largest of the country's four commercial airports.
It is located 16 km southeast of the center of Budapest and it takes approximately 35 minutes to reach the “City of Spas”. Budapest airport was renamed in 2011 in honor of the most famous Hungarian composer Liszt Ferenc on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of his birth.
