Why is my credit card declined?
The most common reasons are security (you did not approve payment with 3d code), insufficeint funds or amount limits. If you have any issues contact our Customer Service and we will do our best to find the suitable solution.
Can I choose the currency?
The selected currency on our page is the Euro and can not be chosen individually. Payment in cash can be made in Euro or the currency in which the transfer takes place.
I need a payment confirmation for my transfer, how can I get it?
You can request a payment confirmation after your card has been charged for the amount specified in the Confirmation.
My company requires an invoice, how can I get one?
Once your transfer has been completed, you can request an invoice through your transfer confirmation by clicking ‘’Change transfer details’’ - ‘’Request an invoice’’ by providing us with the company’s details (name, fiscal address, VAT number).
What should I do if my money was not refunded?
In case you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your bank account within 15 days. If there is no notification about the refund, we kindly ask you to contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I need to tip the driver?
Our rates do not include a driver's tip. Any extra gratitude for the extraordinary service of your driver is completely at your discretion, and highly appreciated by the drivers!
