Why is it better to book a transfer than a regular taxi?
A private transfer is a pre-booked, chauffeur-driven vehicle reserved solely for your party.
The driver waits for you at the chosen meeting point and drives you directly to the destination address indicated by you when making the booking.
Will anyone else will be traveling in the vehicle I book?
We provide a private transfer service for the number of passengers specified in your reservation. The vehicle is at your disposal for your group only.
I lost an item in your vehicle. What should I do?
Please contact our Customer Service via telephone or email. Our team will do their best to locate the item and will notify you accordingly regarding the next steps of the process.
I have several transfers with you? Can I get a discount for future booking?
We send discount codes as part of special promotions or as a promo code with a booking already made on our web page. They can be used for new bookings, cannot be applied to existing bookings, or send on request.
Apart from that, we do not offer any other discount codes on our transfers as we offer excellent services at the most competitive prices all year round and for every route we cover.
How can I submit a complaint?
If the service you have received did not meet your expectations, please contact us and we will review your case. Keep in mind to report complaints within 10 days after the journey's completion. Any issues during travel should immediately be brought to our attention to assist.
