The driver who picked them up was perfect he was very kind polite smart the bmw car was perfect. By the other Hand the taxicar who picked them up from the hotel was not the same. So we liked the service.thank we will repeat as soon return to Berlin.

First driver was a wealth of knowledge when we arrived and very kindly took our bags for us and loaded the car and he waited for my husband when he had to change the baby in the airport.
