brilliant service. booked a transfer to and from Lyon airport and had brilliant service. One of our flights was delayed but not a problem, I got a text telling me that you were aware of the delay and to contact the driver when collecting luggage. we had 3 drivers in total. All were great but the driver that took us to and from Chateau de Charfetain was brilliant. Really great guy and got our luggage in despite there being more luggage than the airport transfers. He had some sort of amazing 2 part back luggage door and was so nice. All spoke English and everything was done in English despite us being in France. Alle wichtigen Aspekte der Dienstleistung (siehe oben) und auch die Pünktlichkeit waren super. Besonders zu erwähnen ist auch, dass die Terminverschiebung bezüglich der Rückfahrt von nachmittags auf vormittags ohne Probleme vonstatten ging. Wir waren hochzufrieden.

Drivers arrived early! Our first driver, Yannis, was friendly, informative and we really enjoyed chatting with him. He went out of his way to show us beautiful places as we drove through the mountains. We arrived at our destinations in a very timely way.
