The driver was polite and friendly, and carried our luggage to the car, making everything as easy for us as possible, including dropping us right at the door of our hotel. The office in London was also helpful, whem I needed to call with a query. It was also very reassuring to receive a final confirmation email, on the day before the service was required.

We appreciated that the office phoned to let us know that the driver was late and let us know when he would be able to arrive. The office let us know that they had tried to find an alternate driver. The driver also phoned to let us know when he was close (within 5-10 minutes arrival). Even though there was construction in the area of the pickup, the driver made sure to come right up to where we were waiting.
