When booking, I let the car service know I was recovering from a back injury and requested assistance with luggage at the airport and to carry up to my 2nd floor apartment. I received this assistance plus so much more. From the moment I landed the driver took care of everything. An extra stop at a store was included with my booking. What especially impressed, is that the driver came on his initiative into the store when I was finished shopping. He assist with bagging my groceries to make sure I didn\'t injure my back. He then took charge of my grocery cart and loaded everything into the van. Upon arriving at the apartment he cheerfully carried everything up the stairs to the apartment, including my groceries, in heavy rain. Your driver went above and beyond my expectations. His kindness and hard work made it a wonderful experience. With service like this, I\'ll continue to use your car service and will recommend your company to others. Thank you for hiring staff that care. Please pass my comments on to his supervisors. He definitely deserves commendation for a job well done.
