It was easy to do the online booking. I received email confirmation of the booking as well as an SMS on the morning with my driver's name and contact details. The driver arrived exactly on time, was courteous, careful and professional in all respects. He was able to assist with extra useful information about our care hire collection that we would not have known otherwise.
