On our arrival in Val Thoren we were attacked by a drunk man who was trying to get into our apartment with us. Richard helped us to get him to the floor and waited with us until the gendarmes arrived. He saved our lives properly. THANK YOU SO MUCH RICHARD. Richard deserves a promotion.

Eric provided water to drink for our journey. Eric was the good tour guide pointing out key points of interest and his English was very good as our French was not. On arrival at our destination the campsite office closed and Eric was so helpful by talking to the site owners on the telephone which was above and beyond from our perspective. We would most definitely use this service again and would love to see Eric again. Thank you for an excellent service this helped the start of a good holiday.
