Les Deux Alpes is a famous glacier resort in the French Alps. If your gateway airport is Grenoble, you can get to Les 2 Alpes 3600 by bus, by taxi, and by airport transfer. You will need to travel a distance of 109km (68mi).
If you want to take a shuttle, you can do so directly from Grenoble airport. The shuttle service is operated by Bens Bus. You will find the buses parked right outside the Arrival Lounge of the Grenoble airport. You will be traveling around 2 to 3 hours, depending on the season. If you are arriving on French School Holidays, this trip time can be even longer (3-4 hours).
The schedule for the buses is set around flight arrivals, and there are several departures a day. What this means is that you will be waiting for the bus for an hour on average.

Your other option is to take a taxi from Grenoble airport. It will take you to your final address, and you will be comfortable, no doubt, however, finding a taxi during high season can be quite difficult. You might spend a lot of time waiting to find one, which is not what you want to do after your flight.
The good thing is that the taxi industry in France is officially regulated. Each car has to have a TAXI roof sign, a taximeter and the driver has to have a license displayed. You are looking at a taxi rate of around €300,00.
