After I booked the car I checked reviews as I didnt have a confirmation email or text immediately and i was a bit concerned. There were so many negative comments (albeit they were in other countries) about rude drivers, lateness, no shows.
However, a few yours after I made the booking I received a WhatsApp message from my driver and from there on everything was prefect. She picked us up at the exact spot, and was early!
Clearly it\'s down to the driver on the day as to how good the experience will be but mine was excellent.
Online booking worked great, driver was friendly and on time and we had a pleasant trip to the airport.
Of course I could complain about higher prices compared to local taxis or buses...
