If you are flying to Hamburg, you are very lucky because the airport is very close to the city. They are only about 10 kilometers (6 miles) away, so your journey to the city center should not be too long.

• 292 - route Langenhorn - U-Ochsenzoll, Lufthansa Basis und U-Lattenkamp
• 23 - route U-Niendorf-Markt und Billstedt
• 114 - route Groß Borstel - Eppendorfer Baum - Klosterstern
• 34 - (Express Bus) Eppendorf - Rotherbaum - City – Wilhelmsburg

Lines 34 and 114 depart from Lufthansa Technik, which is located in the western part of the airport. To get here, take the airport shuttle which departs every 10 minutes from the P9 parking.

Departures are roughly every 10 to 20 minutes, and your ride to the city center will take about half an hour.
