2 local shuttle buses are connecting the airport with San Babila metro station: 73 and X73. The 73 line runs daily, departing every 10 minutes. The line X73 runs every 20 minutes from Monday to Friday. The earliest bus runs from Linate Airport at 6:05 am; the last one leaves at 12:40 am (midnight). You can purchase a ticket on board, with an extra supplement.

Starfly bus company operates from 6:10 am - 11:30 pm from Monday to Friday. On weekends from 6:30 am -10 pm. The bus runs every 20 – 30 min.
AirBus
operating hours are from 6:30 am -11:30 pm. It takes 25 minutes to get to Milano Centrale (Piazza Luigi da Savoia), with stops at the Piazza Dateo. The price for a one-way ticket is € 5.00 and a return € 9.00.
Although not the cheapest, private transportation to the airport is the most convenient. It may be stressful to navigate an unknown city if you are an inexperienced traveler or unfamiliar with the language. The bus schedule will probably not keep up with your needs.
