How do private transfers from Malaga Airport work?

You will receive the contact details of your driver 30 minutes before your scheduled transfer time via SMS and e-mail so you can easily locate your driver.

The driver will take you straight to your destination, without any stops or detours unless you request them.

Can I book a transfer to Malaga Airport instead?

Absolutely, you can book your private transfer from any specific address to anywhere else, including to Malaga Airport. Our page simply suggests the most common routes and destinations, but there are no limits on where you can go with Connecto.

If your target destination is an airport, please make sure to account for the travel time needed to be there 2 hours before your flight.

How much luggage can I bring?

When selecting a vehicle type, the maximum number of luggage pieces is displayed next to the maximum number of passengers. If you have more luggage than that or it’s oversized, consider booking a larger vehicle type (for example minivan instead of car).

If you’re not sure whether your luggage will fit into the vehicle, please feel free to contact our customer support anytime and they will advise you if a larger vehicle is needed or not.

I’m concerned I might not be able to find my driver for my Malaga Airport transfer successfully. What can I do?

If you booked a “Meet and Greet” extra feature – which is available at select airports served by Connecto – not only will you have the driver’s contact details, but the driver will also be waiting for you in the Arrivals area, holding a clearly visible sign with your name.

How long will my driver wait for me?

For transfers starting at an airport, the default waiting time included in your reservation is 60 minutes. For all other starting points, the default waiting time included in your reservation is 30 minutes. Exceeding those limits can result in extra charges.

What if my flight, train, or ship is late?

We will always make a reasonable effort to accommodate the delay. However, if the delay is severe, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible to check the options available for rescheduling your transfer.

Can I eat during the transfer?

While consumption of food and beverages isn’t allowed inside the vehicle during the transfer, you can always include an “extra stop” in your travel plan and use it as a refreshment break for food and drinks.

Are there any extra charges for highway tolls, road access fees, or parking fees?

No, there are no extra charges for highways or parking; those are unconditionally included in your transfer. After you have made the payment during the booking process, just relax and focus on enjoying your trip.

Which vehicle brand and model will I get for my private Malaga Airport transfer?

While the class of vehicle is guaranteed to be the one you selected during your reservation (for example, Premium Minivan), due to our demanding logistical environment, we are unable to guarantee the availability of exact vehicle brands or models.

Is there a Connecto Transfers service counter or office in Malaga Airport?
